Tuesday: Hill Sprints+morning&evening gi BJJ. Wednesday: Chest day+nogi competition class (can be gi if there's a gi comp coming up) Thursday: Repeat of Tuesday. Friday: Either Hill Sprints+gi open mat, or just open mat if I'm feeling the week hard. Saturday: Nogi open mat in the morning.We do gi on M/Tu, nogi W/Th/F, open mat on Sat/Sun is both but mostly no-gi. Morning and evening classes. Instruction is focused on fundamentals and pressure, not a lot of berimbolo type stuff. We have a significant number of women, including 2 brown belts, but no women's class. We do have a sweet wrestling class though..
